STEAM LAB

STEAM LAB is a course that is designed for students who want to learn how to create their own crafts from cardboard, plywood and other materials. The course takes place once a week, on Saturdays, and is available both in the morning and in the afternoon. This allows students from different shifts to take part in classes.

For a month of training at a cost of only 600 manats, children will learn how to use computer programs for calculations and drawings, a laser machine "Laserbox" for cutting out their products, assembly tools, paints, pencils and other materials to make their projects unique and individual.

During the classes, children will be engaged in the creation of their crafts, and at the same time they will learn the basics of mechanics, physics and other STEAM disciplines. At the end of each month, students present their products that they have created with their own hands. The course allows children to develop their creative and engineering skills, as well as work in a team and learn to solve various problems.

The STEAM LAB course provides a unique opportunity for children to create something with their own hands, which is becoming a rarity in our time, when children spend more and more time on the Internet and social networks. At the same time, the creation of crafts develops creativity and hand motor skills, and the use of computer programs and the LaserBox laser machine contributes to the development of programming and engineering skills.

In addition, the STEAM LAB course is accessible and attractive to children of both sexes. In the process of creating their projects, girls and boys can develop their creativity and participate in the creative process on an equal footing. Also, creating crafts may be of interest to children who were not previously interested in technology and mechanics.

Thus, the STEAM LAB course is a unique opportunity for children to develop their creative and engineering skills, create something of their own and overcome stereotypes that girls are not interested in technical sciences.
